
eMotion Fleet Inc. (”eMotion Fleet”), an one-stop EV fleet solution provider, has been selected to participate in “TRIBUS 2025,” Ricoh Company, Ltd.’s (“Ricoh”) integrated accelerator program.
Launched in 2019, TRIBUS is Ricoh’s flagship accelerator program that fosters the creation of new businesses in collaboration with entrepreneurs both inside and outside the company. Now in its 7th year, TRIBUS 2025 attracted a record 255 applications from external startups, of which eight companies were selected. The chosen teams will receive support from Ricoh’s internal and external experts, advance proof-of-concept projects and business development and present their result at the Investors Day scheduled for February 2, 2026.
eMotion Fleet was selected for its proposal to co-create one-stop EV fleet solutions that with Ricoh, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which account for more than 90% of logistics and transportation sector, balancing decarbonization with fleet economics.During the proof of concept period, both companies will collaborate to test eMotion Fleet’s EV Fleet & Energy Management System utilizing Ricoh’s sales office and company cars, while also jointly proposing one-stop EV fleet solutions to Ricoh’s customers and business partners. .
eMotion Fleet aim to lead advanced decarbonization initiatives and accelerate SMEs’ fleet electrification by leveraging technologies, expertise, and networks that Ricoh owns. This program will drive the integration of decarbonization and fleet economics in the mobility sector, lead initiatives in mobility DX/GX, and contribute to build a more sustainable society.
