eMotion Fleet Inc., an one-stop EV fleet solution provider , has been selected for the “Global South GX Promotion Project” organizeded by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Environmental Public Service Corporation.

The project supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Tokyo that possess outstanding GX (Green Transformation) technologies or business models to expand their businesses into Global South countries—regions expected to experience significant growth in energy demand. Through subsidies for feasibility studies and proof of concepts , as well as hands-on support and local partnership facilitation, the program aims to promote decarbonization while helping Tokyo-based companies expand internationally.

Under this project, eMotion Fleet will conduct a Proof of Concept（PoC） in Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia to support the introduction of commercial electric vehicles and verify their economic feasibility. The company will provide integrated fleet electrification support to local logistics and transport operators — from EV fleet planning and charging infrastructure design to operational optimization using vehicle and energy data — aiming to achieve both decarbonization and economic growth in the region.

Going forward, eMotion Fleet will work closely with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and local partners to establish a sustainable GX business model through on-site PoCs, while expanding its initiatives to other South East Asian countries.
