(Headquarters: Chuo, Tokyo; CEO& President: Shinsaku Hanada; hereinafter "ZO MOTORS") ZM6 with the charger, eMotion Fleet’s Fleet Management System (“FMS”) and maintenance.  eMotion Fleet will offer the EV-Fleet-as-a-Service at a lower monthly fee than internal combustion engine (“ICE”) vehicles to accelerate fleet electrification and decarbonization across the entire logistics industry—including small and medium-sized enterprises — where high initial costs and operational burdens have been hindering transition from diesle to electric
