eMotion Fleet Inc. (hereinafter "eMotion Fleet") and Sahaviriya Steel Industries PLC,  (hereinafter "SSI") have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter “MoU”), aimed to evaluate the feasibility and benefits of installing advanced telematics devices on SSI vehicles in Thailand.

In this project, eMotion Fleet will provide the following solutions to reduce      carbon emissions in SSI’s fleet operations. Details are as follows:

■   Period of MoU: Oct 6th to end Nov

• eMotion Fleet provides advanced telematics devices “GEOTAB” and Cloud-

  based Fleet Management System         

• SSI provides total 15 vehicles

  (11 Diesel Trucks, 1 EV conversion truck, and 3 construction vehicles)

  
  

■   eMotion Fleet will conduct operational analytics and propose improvement activities mainly related to safety and fuel efficiency using collected vehicle data .

Collected data: Location, Distance, Speed, Engine-on/off Time, Idling Time, Safety Incidents, Fuel Usage

eMotion Fleet will continue to contribute to the low-carbonization,

fleet electrification and decarbonization of logistic companies in Thailand.
