eMotion Fleet Inc. (“eMotion Fleet”) participated in the award ceremony of the 2025 Eco-Drive Activity Contest held during the Eco-Drive Symposium on Thursday, November 27, 2025. At the event, the company was awarded with a Special Jury Award and delivered a presentation highlighting its initiatives toward realizing sustainable transportation and logistics.

The Eco-Drive Activity Contest is organized by the Foundation for Promoting Personal Mobility and Ecological Transportation (ECOMO) and supported by the National Police Agency, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the Ministry of the Environment. In this contest, eMotion Fleet was highly evaluated for its end-to-end solution that supports commercial EV deployment—from planning to daily operation—delivering both decarbonization and economic benefits. As a result, the company received the Special Jury Award in the Support Business / Unique Category.

At the Eco-Drive Symposium held in Tokyo on November 27, our CEO Shuji Shiraki took the stage to officially receive the award certificate. Following the ceremony, he delivered a presentation introducing eMotion Fleet’s initiatives, including the use of cloud-based telematics to enable low-carbon operations for internal combustion vehicles and promote eco-driving.      He also presented practical use cases demonstrating CO₂ reduction and operational efficiency improvements achieved through integrated management of vehicle operation, charging, and energy using the company’s       EV      Fleet & Energy Management System (FMS/EMS). In addition, he introduced the company’s EV Fleet-as-a-Service business model     —an accessible and scalable model designed for small and mid-sized fleet operators—and outlined concrete pathways for advancing decarbonization in the logistics and transportation sectors.

Building on the momentum from this award and presentation, eMotion Fleet will further strengthen collaboration with logistics operators, public transportation providers, municipalities, and energy companies to promote eco driving and accelerate fleet electrification.      Furthermore, through the development of operational models suited to diverse regional conditions—including cold climates and rural areas—eMotion Fleet will continue to provide practical solutions that achieve both decarbonization and fleet economics     , contributing to the realization of a sustainable mobility society.
