Shuji Shiraki (eMotion Fleet), a winner from last year’s awards, will be joining the panel alongside Ryosuke Eguchi (TERASS), a Rising Star alumnus who has since entered the "Japan’s Top Entrepreneurs" ranking.
Both leaders, currently navigating phases of rapid growth, will engage in a dialogue to provide "actionable insights" for the next generation of challengers. The session will feature an interactive Q&A where the panelists will directly address real-world management struggles submitted by attendees, sharing the specific thought processes they used to overcome past obstacles.
